Loan Repayment Specialist

Provides support to students throughout the loan repayment process by assisting with repayment options, loan servicer account access, and other related resources.

Responsibilities

• Complete outbound student phone calls to support loan repayment.
• Conduct student meetings to support loan repayment.
• Assist students with loan servicer account creation.
• Meet productivity and performance standards established by leadership, including assisting students with loan repayment and helping prevent accounts from entering collections.
• Assist students with repayment options, including loan pauses and connecting them with their original loan servicer.
• Receive incoming calls and provide guidance on available repayment options.
• Work on a new CDR account list every four weeks.
• Maintain the assigned call queue and accurately manage tasks within the CDR tracking spreadsheet.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Cold-calling techniques preferred.
• Administrative experience required.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc).

Schedule

• Monday: 10 am - 7 pm
• Tuesday: 10 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday: 10 am - 7 pm
• Thursday: 10 am - 7 pm
• Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Off

Pay

$48,000 annually.
