Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications for divorcing clients
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Manage client communications effectively

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Loan Processor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with loan processing procedures
• Confidentiality and professionalism required

Qualifications

• Experience with divorce-related financial matters
• Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
