Responsibilities
- Manage and review a pipeline of 10-20 consumer loan files while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze loan documentation and validate information across multiple systems to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Verify borrower, dealer, vehicle, and funding information prior to loan disbursement.
- Identify missing documentation or discrepancies and coordinate with dealerships, credit unions, and internal partners to obtain required information.
- Resolve documentation, compliance, and funding issues to support timely loan approvals and funding.
- Build professional relationships with dealers and financial institution partners to facilitate a seamless lending experience.
- Communicate by email and occasional phone calls to clarify loan details and resolve outstanding conditions.
- Maintain detailed records while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and lending guidelines.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data entry, administrative support, processing, or operational roles requiring strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Banking, lending, financial services, credit union, or related industry experience.
- Exceptional accuracy and ability to identify inconsistencies within documentation.
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

- Previous automotive loan processing experience.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
