About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting and analyzing loan applications
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage loan documentation and closing processes
• Monitor loan performance and provide timely reporting
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate lending or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
