Loan Partner II

About the Role

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Loan Partner II to assist a specific Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager in delivering outstanding customer service to borrowers and realtor partners. This role requires experience directly or indirectly related to the mortgage industry and operates under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW Service (Contract to Close):
  • Send disclosures to borrowers with an updated Needs List and ensure documents are returned within 48 hours.
  • Perform a QC Review upon receipt of final paperwork, including:
    • Verifying documents received match the checklist.
    • Organizing assets and income.
    • Completing the Mortgage Banker Checklist and Quality Assurance Checklist.
  • Submit the file to processing within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Introduce new contracts to realtors via email.
  • Email the Loan Originator (L.O.) to facilitate a warm call to both agents.
  • Provide Tuesday Realtor Status Updates.
  • Ensure Documents to Closing are delivered within 48 hours.
  • Conduct productive weekly status calls.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline meetings with processors.
  • Complete the Pre-Close Checklist with the client 48 hours before closing.
  • Attend closings if the Loan Originator cannot (15 minutes max).
  • Call to gather all conditions.
• Working with Clients:
  • Research client scenarios with underwriting and investor guidelines.
  • Assist the Loan Originator with callbacks to borrowers to schedule face-to-face appointments only.
  • Note: Loan Partner IIs are not permitted to discuss loan terms.
