Loan Partner I

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Loan Partner I to assist one specific Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager (referred to as Team Leader). Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Calendar:
  • Set all appointments for Team Leader.
  • Confirm all appointments the day before and call the day of if a message was left.
  • Schedule at least two call-back times in the Team Leader’s day and update voicemail to reflect those times.
• Lead Tracker:
  • Call leads back within 1 hour to set appointments with a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
  • Add all leads to the lead tracker.
  • Update the referral source every time contact is attempted or made with a lead.
  • Bring two copies of the lead tracker to each team meeting.
  • Provide borrowers a verbal list of what to bring, directions, and have them write it down.
  • Email confirmation of appointment (including list of what to bring, directions, and testimonial) to agent, borrower, and Team Leader (from the Team Leader’s name in the subject line).
  • Print credit reports and place them in the appointment folder, ready for the appointment.
• Database Management:
  • Update the database on the 1st of each month with closed loans from the previous month.
  • Email the program of the week to the realtor database every Friday.
  • Make 30-60-90 day follow-up calls for all closed loans.
  • Conduct ABC calls weekly.
  • Manage the Birthday Program using the CRM tool.
• Team Leader Organization:
  • Keep the Team Leader’s desk organized.
  • Keep the Team Leader on track with calls and schedule.

Requirements

• This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Work Environment

• Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which may cause muscle and eye strain.
• Unless otherwise specified, this position must report to the licensed branch location during working hours to support the Mortgage Loan Originator or Branch Manager.

Pay

$11.00 - $19.00 hourly
