About the Role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming commercial real estate finance through innovative C-PACE solutions. Our mission is to provide sustainable energy improvements and resilience measures for commercial properties, driving positive change in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Manage loan origination process from pre-loan to closing
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide expert guidance on C-PACE financing options and benefits
• Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate finance or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with C-PACE financing and related regulations
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends
