About the role
New Silver is a technology-enabled private lender focused exclusively on residential real estate investors. We help investors finance fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and rental properties nationwide through one of the fastest and most convenient lending platforms in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Advise investors on financing solutions for fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and rental properties
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Maximize company-generated opportunities while developing your own pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Guide borrowers from application through funding
- Structure financing solutions that fit each investor's goals
- Partner with underwriting and operations to deliver an exceptional borrower experience
- Manage your pipeline using HubSpot and New Silver's proprietary technology
- Consistently exceed monthly production goals
Requirements
- Proven history of exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter who enjoys creating opportunities, not just working them
- Excellent organization and pipeline management
- Comfortable using CRM platforms such as HubSpot and modern technology
- Based in New England with the ability to work from either our West Hartford, CT or Portsmouth, NH office one day each week
- Mortgage, real estate, or financial services experience is preferred but not required. We can teach products. We can't teach work ethic

Schedule
Remote with a minimum of one in-office day each week in either our West Hartford, CT headquarters or our Portsmouth, NH office.
