Loan Operations Specialist-Processing (58858)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a good working relationship between market personnel and support staff.
• Work with team members on complicated requests to find the best solution for the customer and the organization.
• Utilize LoanVantage and LaserPro to process and prepare loan documents for the closing packet.
• Monitor pipelines to watch and prepare for upcoming deadlines.
• Frequently communicate with market personnel to assist with questions regarding policy, procedure, regulations and computer program help.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new skills.
• Strength in managing multiple priorities.
