Loan Operations Specialist I

Office Location: Abilene, Texas, United States

Essential Functions

• Accept and process note payments, new notes and renewed notes including data input to the system for multiple banks.
• Accurately and efficiently input new loans within Bank’s core loan system.
• Communicate effectively with customers in person and on the phone.
• Aid lending staff and backroom departments with loan-related questions.
• Become familiar with loan systems and be reliable in recognizing and addressing issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate with twelve to eighteen months banking or similar administrative experience.
• Twelve to eighteen months banking or similar administrative experience required.
• Loan operations experience preferred.
• Type 45 wpm, 10 key by touch.
