Literature & Technology:
- Work with real estate investors to structure the right loan solutions for Fix & Flip, Rental/DSCR, and New Construction/Development Loans.
- Consult with clients through initial consultation via leads provided by our marketing team—no self-sourcing required.
- Work directly with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners to build strong relationships.
- Guide clients from loan application to closing, ensuring a seamless process.
