- Sales Experience is a Must (Mortgage, real estate, finance, or high volume sales activity preferred).
- Passion for Real Estate & Finance – Interest in investment properties and lending.

Literature & Technology:
- Work with real estate investors to structure the right loan solutions for Fix & Flip, Rental/DSCR, and New Construction/Development Loans.
- Consult with clients through initial consultation via leads provided by our marketing team—no self-sourcing required.
- Work directly with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners to build strong relationships.
- Guide clients from loan application to closing, ensuring a seamless process.

- Strong Phone Communication – Confident, clear, and persuasive on calls.
- Active Listening – Understands customer needs and responds effectively.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented – Manages multiple leads, follows up consistently.

Pay:
