About the role

We're seeking a Loan Officer who excels in building relationships and delivering results. Your role involves guiding clients through the mortgage process, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth closing experience. You'll also stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
• Manage loan pipelines effectively and meet sales targets
• Interpret and analyze financial data to make informed lending decisions
• Communicate clearly and professionally to build trust and loyalty
• Stay current on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
• Demonstrated knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
