About the role

We're seeking a Loan Officer who excels in building relationships and delivering results. Your role involves guiding clients through the mortgage process, managing applications, and ensuring a smooth closing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and referral partners
• Understand client needs and help them navigate the loan process with confidence
• Manage the loan application process from start to finish
• Set clear expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination
• Demonstrated knowledge of the complete loan lifecycle
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals
• Effective management of a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
