Job Summary

We're seeking a Loan Officer who can guide clients through the mortgage process, build strong relationships, and help them achieve homeownership.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing the loan process from application to closing, ensuring clients have a positive experience and staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Guide clients through the mortgage process, providing guidance on options and expectations
• Manage loan pipelines and ensure timely completion of applications and closings
• Stay informed on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements
• Interpret complex financial data to make sound lending decisions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, consecutive experience in mortgage loan origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Proven track record of successful loan origination with an established referral network
• Effective management of a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
