Job Summary

We're seeking a Loan Officer who can guide clients through the mortgage process, build strong relationships, and help them achieve homeownership.

About the Role

As a Loan Officer, you'll be responsible for managing the loan lifecycle, from application to closing, ensuring clients have a smooth and confident experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence and clarity
• Manage loan pipelines and meet sales targets
• Interpret and analyze financial data to make informed lending decisions
• Stay updated on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Proven track record of successful loan origination
• Effective management of a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
