Loan Officer

Job Summary

We're seeking a Loan Officer who can guide clients through the mortgage process, build strong relationships, and manage a successful loan pipeline.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for advising clients on their home buying decisions, managing the loan process from application to closing, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
• Guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence and clarity
• Manage loan applications and ensure timely completion
• Set clear expectations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Stay informed on market trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent experience in mortgage loan origination
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing with the NMLS for applicable state(s)
• Proven track record of successful loan origination supported by an established referral network
• Effective management of a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced organizational abilities and strategic problem-solving approach
