Loan Officer

About the Role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Enjoy uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types. Build your own team of loan officers or operate as an individual LO. Licensed in 28 states and growing, with administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, and other professionals.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• Close at least 3-5 units per month.

Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
