Loan Officer

About the role

Bangor Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time consumer Loan Officer in its Brewer location to assist members and potential members with their lending needs.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing loan applicants
• Analyzing loan requests and making credit decisions based on the credit union's lending policy as well as state and federal regulations
• Identifying opportunities to assist members and potential members with credit union products and services

Requirements

• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, organizational and member service skills
• Effective time management and priority setting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Consumer Lending Products, Laws and Regulations

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, based on experience.
