About the role

This position performs a variety of mortgage origination support duties for specific mortgage loan originators and can be remote within our operational footprint.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of clerical duties related to mortgage customers.
Schedule and maintain appointment calendar for mortgage loan originator and remind them of schedule.
Accept, place, and screen telephone calls.
Conserve officer’s time by resolving routine matters and occasionally interview customers and visitors.
Assist assigned Mortgage Loan Originator in obtaining information for loan file.
Check the loan file for all proper documentation before sending to the processing unit.
Work with loan processor, title companies, and real estate agents to ensure deadlines are met.
Schedule closings and communicate to the officer, processor, title company, and real estate agent.
Follow through on workflow to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Over one (1) year of clerical, administrative, or related experience.
