What you'll do
- Own borrower communication from application through closing
- Collect, review, and organize loan documentation
- Maintain milestones and push files forward proactively
- Cook with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting
- Maintain CRM and loan management records
- Spot and resolve issues before they delay closing
What you bring
- 3+ years of continuous, recent LO or LOA experience
- Loan origination software experience (Arive a plus)
- Sharp communication, organization, and follow-through
- Lives within driving distance of Baltimore City
