Loan IQ - Data Migration Lead

About the Role

Focused on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus. This role is located in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities

• Manage a single project with specific, defined objectives, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Operate tactically, focusing on day-to-day management of resources, schedules, and deliverables for the project.
• Manage stakeholders related to the project, ensuring clear communication and expectations for deliverables.
• Mitigate risks and issues specific to the project within its scope.
• Manage resources, ensuring the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.
• Oversee the project budget, ensuring financial constraints are met.
• Measure success based on the timely completion of project deliverables within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage changes impacting the project, including scope, timelines, or resource allocation adjustments.
• Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
• Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/processes; deliver continuous improvements.
• Escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
• Advise key stakeholders, including functional leadership teams and senior management, on functional and cross-functional areas of impact and alignment.

Requirements

• Experience with syndicated lending, including knowledge of the syndicated loan lifecycle, deal setup, servicing, agency responsibilities, and operational processes.
• Experience supporting highly detailed business, operational, or technology transformation programs from inception through implementation.
• Experience partnering with Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive strategies and process improvements.
• Process improvement and transformation experience, including identifying operational efficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and managing change within lending or financial services.

Skills

• Knowledge of ACBS and familiarity with ACBS loan accounting and servicing platforms, including facility and deal management processes in the Agency and Participation space.
• Knowledge of LIQ and using LIQ for syndicated loan servicing, trade settlement, and loan operations activities.
