Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare in-house loan documentation for new loans, extensions, renewals, and modifications.
- Conducts reviews of prepared loan documents to ensure all terms and conditions match what was approved.
- Ability to analyze loan structure for loan requests as per bank approvals.
- Review loan documentation packages submitted by the Loan Administrator.
- Review all types of collateral being taken and searches provided to ensure Bank's ability to perfect its required position.
- Review all formation documentation such as Articles of Inc., Certificate of Formation, By-Laws, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements and Certificates of Trust, etc. to ensure accuracy of loan documentation.
- Process business express loan applications and documents to ensure the proper generation of loan documents received through the bank's digital loan origination system.
- Send closing packages for business express loan customers electronically utilizing the bank's digital loan origination system or DocuSign.
- Create fee sheets and initiate loan funding via WireExchange.
- Accurately input data into Compliance One Lending platform and generate loan documents as per the bank's Presentation for Approvals, Loan Closing Checklists, and Entity Formation Documents.
- Review draft loan documents prepared by co-worker for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide final approved loan documentation packages to the Commercial Loan Administrator and/or Relationship Manager for execution.

- Carry out responsibilities with professionalism and respect for others in accordance with the Bank's policies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to navigate the Bank's computer-based systems.
Education and/or Experience
- Experience in commercial lending with loan operations or paralegal experience or loan closing environment and able to perform loan documentation activities satisfactorily.
- Minimum high school diploma required.
Pay
Salary Range - $52,000-$60,000
