Loan Closer

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and facilitate loan closings and fundings, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness of loan packages.
• Inspect and manage documentation for compliance and correctness, and keep in touch with internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze potential closing issues, devise solutions, and make sure all conditions are satisfied before disbursal.
• Prepare and review loan documentation utilizing LaserPro or attorney-prepared documents, ensuring proper signing and execution.
• Provide prompt funding authorization, finalize disbursement requirements, and ensure precise loan boarding.
• Operate as a subject matter expert on intricate transaction documentation and due diligence requirements.
• Create necessary internal and external reports, maintaining high client service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with various loan types, such as commercial, real estate, and government-insured loans.
• Deep understanding of loan documentation, compliance, and closing procedures.
• Outstanding coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple closing processes efficiently.
