Job Summary
The Loan Advisor role is a customer-focused, inside sales position within the Call Center. Loan Advisors are responsible for both inbound and outbound calls through various marketing tactics, focusing on providing financial solutions and excellent customer service.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes applicant information to determine eligibility for loan programs.
- Aids customers in discussing their financial objectives and taking initial loan applications.
- Clearly communicates loan program terms and benefits, along with the loan process.
- Safely returns all required documents and ensures disclosures are signed in a timely manner.
- Fulfills the sales process and Quality Assurance (QA) requirements to stay compliant.
- Maintains and exceeds Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Responds promptly to customers' needs and expectations.
- Displays excellent communication skills, being clear, concise, and professional during interactions.
- Eager to deepen knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintains a professional image and adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- At least one (1) year of mortgage sales experience.
- NMLS/SAFE certification, at least 1 active license, or the ability to obtain a license without retaking the SAFE exam.
- Ability to read, understand, and write professional documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of basic math and statistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
