Loading, Shipping, and Receiving Associate Night Shift

About the role

Headquartered in Cary, N.C., we serve residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel (R&R) markets. Our market-leading portfolio of products spans vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, metal wall systems and metal accessories.

Responsibilities

• Support company Core Values, participate in Safe Work environment, and completes observations
• Inspect equipment for safety
• Read and understand a production order
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with Team, Supervisor, and Management
• Document materials produced
• Stand and walk for 8 to 12 hours daily
• Perform repetitive climbing and handling of materials
• Work in varying and extreme weather conditions

Qualifications

• Competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation
• Detail and Quality Oriented
• Verifiable Dependability and Energetic
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Forklift and Crane a plus - Must be trainable
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed

Pay and Schedule

• Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour
• Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus Program
• Hours: 4:30pm - 3:00am, Overtime is expected

Schedule

• Regularly working 30+ hours per week
