Loader/Unloader- 1st Shift

About the role

We operate more than 80 manufacturing and distribution facilities in five countries, contributing architectural glass and building products to projects that shape the way people live, work, heal, learn, and play. The Production Worker is focused on handling glass pieces and rotating them through various phases of cutting, tempering, and laminating processes.

Responsibilities

• On/off-loading glass product from tables, rolling racks and wood crates for 10 or more hours
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements while effectively using a tape measure
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis across different departments

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to read, understand and communicate
• Available to work overtime when required
• Regular and predictable attendance

Pay

Position Pay Range: $21 USD - $23 USD
