Loader - Overnight

Join our overnight team and help power the logistics machine behind the scenes. This role assembles customer orders accurately and places them on pallets for distribution, ensuring trucks are loaded on schedule and in top condition. You’ll efficiently juggle tasks, update team leads to prevent disruptions, and keep the supply chain flowing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble customer orders accurately and place them on pallets for distribution.
• Load trucks on schedule and ensure they are in top condition.
• Efficiently multitask and update team leads to prevent disruptions.
• Pack and prep orders, maintaining constant movement to keep operations flowing.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, including verbal, reading, and writing.
• Ability to complete work on time and follow safety and security procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move 75 lbs or more.

Material Handling Equipment

This role may involve the operation of certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The company supplies and mandates training and certification on each individual piece of equipment prior to permissible use. Use of any equipment by an employee on which they are not trained and certified may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Schedule

This 3rd shift role runs Sunday through Thursday nights, with Friday and Saturday nights off, plus a 10% shift differential for overnight hours.

Pay

$20 - $21 per hour.
