Loader Operator - Augusta

About the role

Operate big equipment and contribute to the smooth operation of concrete plants.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to ensure materials are available.
• Work alongside your crew and production team to maintain schedules.
• Inspect and report on equipment condition, ensuring safety and readiness for use.
• Participate in keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Help count inventory and ensure materials are not depleted.
• Share ideas for improvement and be flexible in taking on additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
• Basic equipment maintenance skills
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings

Skills

• Experience operating heavy machinery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and safety awareness

Pay

Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
