About the role

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We offer an extensive portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. This role ensures our products are moved within the warehouse safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting location: Newark, DE

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Take care of products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Maintain good housekeeping and warehouse standards
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during scheduled time)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
• Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members

Pay

$24.00/hour + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM until workload is completed. Occasional weekends may be required. Overtime may be needed depending on business needs.
