About the role

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load manufactured doors onto assigned trucks organized by state or region.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels using a handheld scanner when moving materials; report inconsistencies to the shift supervisor.
  • Safely utilize hand-operated and motorized pallet jacks.
  • Perform quality checks on all materials being loaded onto trucks and moved in the warehouse; report concerns to the shift supervisor.
  • Continually check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; use best judgment to resolve identified problems and alert lead/supervisor to issues as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area throughout the shift; complete final cleanup prior to leaving at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferably one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Preferably one year of experience operating a forklift.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Able to read and communicate clearly in English.
  • Use hand tools and push carts in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and, on occasion, push/pull 100 lbs; also able to sit, kneel, stoop, or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Commitment to team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety and quality.

Pay

$20.16 per hour plus a $3 shift differential.

Schedule

Night shift: Monday – Friday, 4:30 pm – 1:00 am, with overtime as needed.
