Pay

Training program: $20/hr for 4-5 weeks. After training: component pay of $0.03 per box selected with uncapped potential earnings.

Pay range: $15.48 - $26.11 per hour.

Schedule

Sunday: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Move pallets to scheduled doors for shipping.
• Transport pallets from inbound dock doors to warehouse locations for put-away.
• Locate products requested in work orders.
• Change over pallets for picking; visually inspect items for damages or flaws; document and report damages to lead/supervisor.
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top.
• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location.
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location.
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

Requirements

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may vary by facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels; can be loud at times.
