About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Loader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely handling, preparing, and organizing materials to keep production and shipping running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, unload, and move products, materials, and supplies.
• Organize and secure items on trucks, trailers, and in storage areas.
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and loading area.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and team members to ensure timely operations.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. (team lifting when necessary).
• Able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, or outdoor environments.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for lifting, gripping, and handling materials.
