About the role
We are hiring 2nd shift Warehouse Loaders to join our team. Teammates will operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks to load trucks, handling critical medical devices such as canes, wheelchairs, and in-home hospital beds. You will drive best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, and Service.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload medical equipment
- Accurately load trailers with customer orders
- Follow and adhere to daily checklists for trailers and equipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks or pacers to transport products, load/unload trailers, and organize the dock floor
- Stage equipment and wrap/secures products to pallets
- Record numbers of pallets handled using load manifest sheets
- Maintain accuracy of loading with proper Bill of Ladings (BOL)
- Verify orders are complete prior to shipping
- Communicate truck status with supervisors and coordinators
- Use banding machines to strap pallets as needed
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

- Forklift experience required
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Pay
The salary range for this role is $19.40 to $20.35 per hour. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, specialization, education, and company requirements. This range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other compensation/benefits.
