About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily activities for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Support staff in providing quality care and services
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and plan strategies
- Document daily activities and progress in client files
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Valid NJ Driver’s License
- Background check required

Pay
