Load Manager Processor

About the role

Buffalo Rock is seeking a Load Manager Processor to join our Warehouse team. This role provides operational support for the loading process by editing orders and reviewing documentation presented by the route system. The LMP communicates daily with Warehouse Operations and Retail Operations regarding order verification and processing.

Responsibilities

• Order confirmation and communication between Warehouse Operations and Retail departments
• All orders processed through the RAS system
• Making sure the correct order is on the corresponding delivery vehicle
• Daily documentation verifying orders have been processed
• Order flow process relating to Warehouse Operations having orders ready as needed
• Runs necessary reports needed and maintains all daily documentation
• Updates programs as needed in the RAS system to ensure the picking process is in order
• Communicates any product changes to Warehouse Management and helps maintain the product layout in the Warehouse
• Counts and verifies orders as needed in the Warehouse
• Initiates and closes the Order flow process daily, start to finish
• Maintains the RAS system Order Process
• Covers any issues with the Corporate IT department
• Operates fleet to load and unload trucks
• Wears all assigned safety equipment and observes safety rules
• Assists in general housekeeping functions within the warehouse, offices, and grounds
• Completes other activities assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
• Warehouse Operational knowledge (forklift certification preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
