Duties
- Follow all company safety guidelines.
- Ability to read production sheets.
- Quickly identify a quality defect and communicate immediately to machine operators.
- Quality checks using micrometer, tape measure, etc.
- Able to read a tape measure up to 1/16” variance.
- All units have an accurate load tag and the appearance meets plant’s requirements.
- Basic Computer Skills (Data Entry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to add, subtract, & multiply.
- Able to work extended work hours and weekends, as needed.
- Self-motivated.
- Able to work in varying temperatures.
- Professional Attitude & conduct.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
- 6 months’ experience as a Bundler.
Reasoning Abilities
- Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form.
- Deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
Technical Skills
- Working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities.
- Product layouts and production specifications.
- Product quality specifications.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand, walk, and talk or hear.
- Frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Sit occasionally.
- Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, vibration, and noise level in the work environment.
