Immediate Full-Time Openings

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Full-Time LNAs to provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes throughout Nashua and Manchester, NH. Instead of working with facility ratios, you'll focus on one client at a time, build meaningful relationships, and provide care based on each client's individual needs.

Pay & Bonus

$18-$21 Per Hour Pay Is Based On Experience, Skills, Certifications, And Qualifications. $250 Sign-On Bonus Earn a $250 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days when you: Work a minimum of 20 hours per weekHave no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

What You'll Do

As an LNA providing home care, you'll provide hands-on support while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility and transfers
• Companionship and social support
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Transportation and errands when needed
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Following the client's individualized care plan

Qualifications

• Current and valid LNA license
• Compassionate and dependable
• Professional and reliable
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Reliable transportation required
• Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred
• Willingness to complete required employment and background screening

Home care experience is a plus, but we're looking for LNAs who are committed to providing exceptional one-on-one care.
