About the role

In this role, you'll tackle the data challenges that matter most—transforming our Salesforce ecosystem from a time-consuming burden into a strategic advantage while our sellers focus on what they do best. You'll dive deep into Excel-heavy reporting, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sellers, finance, and brand management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Salesforce opportunity records for the Regional Sales team, ensuring deal information is accurate, complete, and supported by approved documentation.
  • Work with sellers to review deal updates, clarify missing information, and keep pipeline and forecasting data current throughout the sales cycle.
  • Complete recurring reviews of Salesforce data and related reports, identifying discrepancies and coordinating updates as needed.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales, pipeline, renewal, financial, and performance reports using Salesforce, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Review reporting to identify trends, potential risks, data exceptions, and follow-up items for Regional leadership.
  • Review contracts, DPMs, approvals, and supporting documents to confirm deal information and flag items that may affect reporting or related processes.
  • Support the Regional contract execution process, including DocuSign routing, System of Authority requirements, distribution of executed agreements, Box filing, and Asana tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Business Management, and other teams to reconcile information, address data questions, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Help identify ways to improve Salesforce processes, reduce manual work, strengthen data quality, and document team workflows.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to support reporting, documentation, research, and operational efficiency.
  • Support reporting requests, data-quality initiatives, and special projects, working independently while partnering with the broader team as needed.
  • Coordinate special projects and operational support for Regional Sales leadership, including expenses, scheduling, travel, meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, revenue operations, finance, or a related data-focused role.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM, including maintaining records, reviewing data, or generating reports.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and experience organizing, reconciling, or analyzing data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and determine next steps.
  • Comfort reviewing contracts, deal documents, approvals, and business-process materials with attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing recurring or ad hoc reports and sharing key trends, risks, or follow-up items with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed work, changing priorities, and multiple requests.
  • Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Box, Asana, dashboards, or similar workflow and document-management tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
  • Interest in live entertainment, media, sponsorship, or a related industry is a plus.
