Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and executing a Learning Management System (LMS) project to consolidate multiple technical training processes into one LMS instance.
- Establish standard procedures and ensure traceability of all training records “on demand” (eg. classes completed, test results, certificates, instructors, dates).
- Standardize and improve the LMS to publish clear monthly metrics and become an audit-ready application.
- Create a process for becoming an certified instructor and steps to validation or recertify the process over time
- Create a process to allow an associate or manager to create a training path with potential future year horizon
- Create the capability for managers to register their associates interactively in LMS for classes and the associated prioritization process.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of establishing and launching LMS projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrated success for managing a new technology implementation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage a project and conduct cross functional meetings remotely
- Translate and simplify problems of considerable scope and complexity into manageable tasks with measurable requirements.
