About the role

The LMS Advisor will be responsible for providing technical support and training on Learning Management Systems (LMS) to employees across multiple General Atomics and affiliated companies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and training on LMS platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on LMS features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective implementation and utilization of LMS tools.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LMS usage.
  • Stay updated with new developments and enhancements in LMS technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in LMS administration or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
