About the role
Provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Indiana LMHC licensure will provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face mental health sessions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base
- Conduct intakes and diagnoses (preferably under supervision)
- Ensure a minimum of 25 sessions weekly
- Support clients in achieving measurable progress
- Utilize modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools
- Build and manage a full caseload
- Participate in clinical community activities
- Engage in supervised clinical work
Qualifications
- Approved by the board as a LMHCA
- Graduate of an approved 60‑credit program
- Graduate or post‑graduate experience treating depression and anxiety
- Open to treating clients of all ages and couples
