Job Description

Ellie Mental Health is seeking fully licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) to join their team. They are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving and expanding access to quality outpatient mental health care in Virginia.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
• Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid license to practice in the state of Virginia
• Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
• Proficiency in using MacBook, app-based phone software, and Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams, or ability to quickly learn new workplace software and systems
• Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Preferred Experience, Skills And Abilities

• Flexible work from home options available
• Work at the clinic in-person on Fridays, most other days and times flexible for remote or in-person; weekends also available (in-person or telehealth Saturday & Sunday)
