LIVE PORK FEED MILL SUPERVISOR

About the role

JBS is seeking a salaried Feed Mill Supervisor to join our team! Position starts at $59,000+bonus, DOE, per year.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and controls the production process following existing protocols, production records and controls.
• Makes sure feed orders are executed properly to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitors daily production data and completes necessary paperwork.

• Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Feed Science and Management, Animal Science, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lb.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness and ability to travel and temporarily relocate between facilities during the training process.
  • Right to work in the U.S.

  Compensation and Benefits

  Base pay: $59,000 - $70,000 + bonus

  • Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begins after 60 days of employment.
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays.
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule.
