LIVE-IN HHA CAREGIVER

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides for Live In assignments throughout Monmouth County.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support mobility, safety, and comfort throughout the day
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Follow an individualized care plan and monitor for changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive home care environment
• Communicate regularly with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Willingness to work live in assignments in Monmouth County
• Caregiver must be compassionate and patient focused
• Reliable and professional in a one on one care setting
• Able to build trust and strong relationships with clients and families
