Full Job Description

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Live-In Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide quality in-home care throughout Salem, Gloucester, Cumberland, and Cape May Counties. Immediate Live-in Assignments Available In: Vineland, Bridgeton, Glassboro, Washington Township, Pennsville, Cape May Court House, Wildwood, and surrounding South Jersey areas.

We are seeking caregivers who are reliable, professional, and passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

What We Are Looking For

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
• A high school diploma
• Graduate of a state-approved CHHA program
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to remain in the client's home for extended live-in shifts
• Mandatory: Current, active certification: Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing
• Mandatory: Current, active certification: CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the office
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Compensation

$220.00 - $250.00 per day
