Live - in Caregiver Lafayette Hill

Interviewing for live‑in caregivers for clients in Montgomery County. Caregivers must have at least two years of prior live‑in experience (24 hours per day for multiple days/weeks in the client’s home) and be able to drive clients to appointments.

Job Duties

• Assist elderly client with daily living activities, including personal care and transfers in and out of bed or wheelchair.
• Prepare meals and cook for the client.
• Take clients on walks, outings, and engage them in memory‑stimulation activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and handle laundry as needed.
• Provide round‑the‑clock support in collaboration with health‑care experts.
• Match clients and caregivers based on skill level, personality traits, and preferences to support long‑term relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of live‑in caregiver experience.
• Passion for helping others and a hunger to learn best caregiving practices.
• Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent references from past employers or supervisors.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability for full‑time live‑in assignments or substitute shifts when other caregivers need time off.
