About the Role

We are seeking three reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care for a client in Huntsville, TX. This position follows a consistent rotating live-in schedule, allowing each caregiver to work approximately 2-3 consecutive days before handing off care to the next team member. Private sleeping accommodations and meals are provided during each live-in shift.

Schedule

The schedule repeats weekly, with each caregiver working the following shifts:

• Caregiver #1: Friday 7:00 PM – Sunday 7:00 PM (paid for 24 hours at weekend rate, includes 5-hour overnight rest period)
• Caregiver #2: Sunday 7:00 PM – Wednesday 7:00 AM (paid for 24 regular hours, includes 5-hour overnight rest period)
• Caregiver #3: Wednesday 7:00 AM – Friday 7:00 PM (paid for 24 regular hours, includes 5-hour overnight rest period)

Live-In Accommodations

During each live-in rotation, the caregiver will be provided with:

• A private bedroom (not shared)
• Access to a private or shared bathroom
• All meals while on duty (no cost to the caregiver)

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Remind the client about medications (if permitted by agency policy)
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Ensure a smooth and thorough handoff to the next caregiver at the end of each rotation

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
