About the role

Homewatch CareGivers is a premier provider of in-home care services for people of all ages, including seniors, children, veterans, the chronically ill, and those recovering from medical procedures. Our care philosophy is based on empowering clients and helping them feel engaged and respected.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for safety and hygiene.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Participate in ongoing training through Homewatch CareGivers University to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
