Live In Caregiver

Masonicare at Home is currently hiring private caregivers and homemakers for live-in or hourly live-out work throughout the state of Connecticut. Our hourly services require a 3-hour minimum. Many of our clients are located in Masonicare facilities such as Wallingford, Mystic, and Chester, with new locations including Shelton, Farmington, and Newington.

COMPENSATION

The compensation for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. Per diem earnings are $282 per day.

Job Description

A Live-In caregiver provides one-on-one care to clients for a variety of reasons, including after hospital/rehab discharge, during hospice/end of life, Alzheimer’s care and monitoring, and to keep a client safe and independent at home or within assisted or independent living settings for as long as possible.
