Live-in Care Assistant- Andover/Stockbridge

Location: In Customers' Own Homes, across Hampshire/South Buckinghamshire

Contract type: Care Delivery (Live-in role with paid breaks)

Salary: £777.00 - £978.67 per week

About The Role

Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll live in the customer's home with them, providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing — working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
• Support with medication and preparing meals
• Take care of household tasks e.g. laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
• Work independently with support from our team for advice and guidance
• Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones
• Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits, or end-of-life care

Requirements

• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Aged 18+
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential — full training is provided
